2021 Water Awareness Poster Contest School Registration Form

The Water Awareness Poster Contest is a joint educational outreach program between Pasco County Utilities and the Florida Governmental Utility Authority (FGUA). The goal of the program is to educate elementary school students about the importance of the limited supply of fresh water and the role of a water utility in their community.

Presentation Request: Would you like to have a virtual presentation with a Pasco County Utilities or FGUA representative to answer questions and explain the program? If “Yes,” please indicate your preferred meeting method (i.e. Zoom, Microsoft Office Teams, etc.) in the appropriate space in the form below.
Note: Presentations are based on staff availability. The PowerPoint presentation is also available online for presentations proctored by a teacher, parent, or guardian.

Fill out the form in a pdf reader, save the form with the changes you have made, then either print the form and mail the completed form or email the form to the address below.

The deadline for submitting posters is Friday, April 16, 2021 by 5 p.m. Poster submission details, additional information, and contest rules are available on this website or by calling Patti Clark at 727-372-0115 ext. 1024.
